RBA selected to represent the state of Nebraska as top designer

DESIGN BOOK LAUNCHES 50 US ARCHITECTS: RESIDENTIAL + PLANNING HARDCOVER BOOK FEATURING RANDY BROWN ARCHITECTS
50 US Architects: Residential + Planning, a new hardcover book written by award-winning author Damir Sinovcic and published by Design Book was unveiled on Friday, March 9, 2012 at an exclusive book launch event hosted by the Bass Museum of Art on Miami Beach, Florida.  The book represents a curated collection of award-winning residential and master planning work from leading American designers whose philosophies are rooted in the modernist doctrine or are distilled from vernacular precedents. Meticulously detailed and site-specific, the featured projects focus on sustainability, technology, and the human spirit. Award winning designers from all 50 states are included in the publication and Randy Brown Architects was selected to represent the state of Nebraska.

ARTifact- The Kent Bellows Foundation and Center for Visual Art wins National AIA Honor Award

Take a run-down 3 story 1880’s building in south Omaha with tons of ADA and Fire Code violations and turn loose one architect and seven summer student interns and what do you get?  A fantastic built project for the Kent Bellows Studio and Center for the Visual Arts that was so cool that it won a 2012 AIA National Honor Award for Interior Architecture.    The project was named one of the 10 best interior projects in the entire nation!  2012 Institute Honor Awards for Interior Architecture
