RBA wins 2 AIA Central States Design Awards

RBA was awarded two American Institute of Architects (AIA) Central States Region 2010 Design Awards.  The awards are given to recognize excellence in design and construction. There were over 300 submissions, and eleven recipients were honored.  The award recipients were chosen by a distinguished group of architects from Los Angeles, CA that included jury chair Lawrence Scarpa, FAIA of PUGH + SCARPA Architects, David Montalba, Montalba Architects, Inc. and Hadrian Predock of Predock_Frane Architects.
RBA project Kent Bellows Foundation in Omaha, Nebraska received an Honor Award.  A jury comment:  There is a series of fabrications that tie together in an incredibly resourceful and idea-driven construction.

RBA project Data in Omaha, Nebraska received a Merit Award.  A jury comment:  This project has well integrated ideas, architecture, and visual language into a well executed interior with a limited budget.
